Neil Foreman Building, Park Row. Nottingham.
This was a conversion of an existing red brick hospital building on the fringes of The Park. Although not listed it was considered a building of local interest. The building is an L shape and the development utilized both of the existing stairs, the high ceilings and the large roof space. The ceilings were high enough to introduce additional floors and a new steel frame that supports the new and existing structures. The 46 apartments were spread over four storeys including the roof space. The basement was to be converted later. Existing masonry and curtain walling. 46 apartments - costs are unknown.
