The client / developer approached Nick Hutchings Architect Ltd. via a recommendation from a previous colleague to look at the discharging the planning and listed buildings approval and to submit a building regulations through an approved inspector. The scheme was for 42 apartments. The schedule for the listed buildings conditions was dealt with as an 'in principle' detail sheet with notes that could be left on site for the contractors to follow. The scheme has developed further and the layout has been amended forming additional apartments and reverting one part of the building back to a commercial use. Varying designs and applications– amount not disclosed.
